SHIPPING
All or
our products are sold F.O.B. Long Island City, NY. UPS Ground, common carrier and other
methods of shipping will be offered on all orders to destinations in the
continental U.S. at the sole cost of the purchaser. Any shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and
Puerto Rico or outside the continental United States must be arranged by
the customer.
CANCELLATION
To cancel an
order you have placed with ALL-CITY METAL, INC. you must
contact customer support by fax (718-472-5813) or by phone (888-682-5757).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as
long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready
to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has
shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the
item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
RETURNS /
REFUNDS
We offer a 30 - day return policy from the date we ship your
order. We regret shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us to arrange for either a
refund or exchange prior to returning any items, by calling Customer
Service at 1-888-682-5757. In order to process your return, we will need
your original credit card information.
Products returned must be in resalable condition without
damage or alteration. Please return items in original packaging whenever
possible. All original components
(door trims, hardware for parts, etc.) must be returned with your item in
order for ACM to process your refund. Items requiring reconditioning will be billed a 50% restocking
fee.
Exchanges for a different product will be billed shipping
charges. We will process your exchange upon receiving the returned product.
However, if you wish to expedite your exchange, first make arrangements
with us for the item(s) you wish to return and then place a new order for
the new item(s) you would like to receive. We will bill and ship your new
item(s) as soon as possible and then process your return upon receiving and
inspecting it.
Products returned damaged due to improper packing may be
denied replacement/refund, and the product will be returned to you.
Any item that is deemed DEFECTIVE may be returned for a
replacement within 30 days. Physically damaged items due to improper
installation or irregular usage are not returnable for any reason.
Custom-manufactured items are not returnable unless they are
defective or damaged in transit, whereby a replacement will be issued.
Any order that was shipped in error will be replaced at our
cost, and all shipping charges will be paid by ALL-CITY METAL, INC.
If a product has been damaged during shipping, please
contact us immediately as it may be necessary for the shipper to inspect it
for insurance claims reasons. Damaged items will be replaced with the same
item, but we may require the damaged item be returned prior to exchange. If
an item cannot be replaced due to unavailability, then we will refund your
purchase.
PRICING
ALL-CITY METAL, INC.
offers pricing for all items produced by contacting our Customer Service
Department. Prices vary by item,
quantity and customer type. All
price requests are confirmed via fax or email within twenty-four (24) hours and are
guaranteed for thirty days.
